Acquiring the Japan F-2 and Technology Transfer: A Cost-Effective Strategy for the Future of Philippine Aviation

The modernization of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) is a crucial step in ensuring national defense and security, particularly given the geopolitical tensions in the region. While the country has traditionally relied on fully imported foreign fighter jets, a more strategic and cost-effective approach would be to acquire the Japan F-2 fighter aircraft alongside a technology transfer agreement. This strategy would significantly reduce long-term costs, foster local aerospace development, and enhance the Philippines' defense capabilities. 1. How to Protect Your Bias (e.g., Sakura Miyawaki of LE SSERAFIM) Without Giving Trolls Their 15 Minutes of Fame

In every fandom, we have our favorite idols—our bias —who inspire and bring us joy. However, the online world isn't always a safe space. The more you engage, even to argue, the more visibility they gain. Instead, block and move on. 2. Don’t Comment on Their Posts It may be tempting to defend your bias, but replying to trolls on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, BlueSky, or Threads only boosts their reach. Even negative interactions help their content spread. Sile...

How the Robber Barons Used Religion to Hijack Public Opinion Against the New Deal

Throughout American history, the wealthy elite have often used religion as a tool to control the masses and justify their own power. One of the most striking examples of this occurred during the New Deal era, when business magnates—often referred to as "Robber Barons"—sought to undermine President Franklin D. Roosevelt's economic reforms by manipulating religious discourse. These businessmen saw Roosevelt's policies, which empowered the working class with labor rights, social security, and economic protections, as a direct threat to their wealth and influence. To combat this, they funded religious leaders like Rev. James W. Fifield Jr., who in turn preached that the New Deal was not just bad economics—it was satanic. The New Deal and the Threat to Corporate Power The New Deal, launched in response to the Great Depression, was designed to stabilize the economy, regulate big business, and provide relief for struggling Americans. It introduced programs such as Social ...
